Fruit Dip

 

8 oz cream cheese                              2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup sugar                                            1- 8 oz cool whip

1 tsp. milk

 

Mix together well.  Add milk as needed.  Refrigerate. It will keep for weeks.

24 - Hour Salad

 

1 head lettuce                                        1 red onion (chopped)

1 head cauliflower                                1 lb bacon, crisp and crumbled

2 cups mayo                                          1/2 cup sugar

 

Layer ingredients in order listed.  Let set for several hours.  When you get ready to serve it fluff it up a bit.

PIG LICKING CAKE

 

350 degrees  20-30 minutes   9 x13 pan

 

1- box yellow cake mix                                              FROSTING

1/2 cup veg. oil                                                            1- 11 oz drained crushed pineapple

4 - eggs                                                                         1- 8 oz cool whip

1 - 22 oz Madrian oranges with juice                    1- 3 oz vanilla instant pudding         

 

Mix and bake                                                               Mix and frost cake
