On to summer! We all enjoy getting ready to hang up the June calendar since it reminds us that the nicest days of the year are ahead. As for last month, we celebrated National Nursing Home Week, and had a lot of fun doing so. We congratulate our ‘staff baby picture’ winners for guessing correctly: Mary Murphy, Joyce Gayheart, and Danielle Crawford. We also attended senior day at the fairgrounds and later that day celebrated Mother’s Day. Bob and Jeanne sang with the residents on the 24^th. We also visited the Mount Victory Jamboree, went out to lunch, and had fun with all of our daily activities.

 

In June, we are attending the Columbus Clippers stadium for a baseball game on June 2nd. We will be visiting area parks and having our own picnics as well; watch the calendar and come join us! Lastly, an Ice Cream Social will be held at 2:00 on the 16^th in the dining room.
