The goals of our facility are to respect each resident as a unique person with individual needs; give service the right way, all the time; nourish an atmosphere of trust, sharing, support and growth; develop and utilize our employee resources to their fullest; provide skilled and rehabilitation services; reduce restraint usage to the least restrictive measure as we endeavor to be restraint-free; and promote team work at all levels of the organization.
